“We loved the hotel. We arrived early on Tuesday and Vicky allowed us to use the pool area until our rooms were ready. We had just finished a few hikes in the area so we really appreciated being able to cool off by the pool. After we checked in she also helped us with getting to the shuttle to the downtown area and back to the hotel The staff including the manager in the morning at the continental breakfast were amazing as well. The hotel was very busy but the staff kept the tables cleared and food stocked and were so friendly as well. We will be back next year and thank you all. ”

“$25 per night parking is absurd, there’s no shortage of parking. Nice showers in the room but our view of the red mountains was completely blocked off, which was disappointing. Breakfast buffet needs Greek yogurt.”

“Excellent stay! Beautiful decor, attentive staff, great layout with pool in the middle (outdoor heated). Took a left on to Red Rock Loop Rd. For a self driving tour, and to the right is a Cultural Park for star gazing. Couldn't have been better!!! Near lots of restaurants and stores, could walk if nicer out. ”

“Everyone was wonderful and very nice. From Check in, to the breakfast crew to check out. We did not use housekeeping but they smiled when I saw them in passing. The breakfast crew were top notch and on their game, and did it with a smile. I was very impressed with their ethics and standards of maintaining a very clean and fully stocked breakfast buffet. Please acknowledge them for their outstanding work on my behalf. I will highly recommend this hotel to others and let Costco know. ”

“The facility is very new, the room is very clean, the staff are very nice. The room is the worst room I have ever stayed in with regard of sound proofing. There is absolutely no soundproofing in my room and I can hear loud and clear about my next room, their conversation, their TV sound. Also, even this is a new facility, a lot of things looks old and dingy, such as th mattress of the sofa bed and the towels. I would not choose this particular facility without them fixing these issues. ”

“This hotel is wonderful!! The rooms are configured efficiently, the bathroom and shower are great. The water pressure and water temperature were perfect, with the right amount of towel bars and shelves. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great too, out away from the congestion and at a traffic signal. The facility is immaculate and user friendly, and the staff are always working to keep it in top shape. A special shout out to the 2 gentlemen that host the breakfast daily. Their work ethic goes above and beyond, and they are friendly and attentive to the needs of their guests! “The property is very nice and has many amenities that you might expect at higher end properties. The heated outdoor pool and spa along with large fire pit. The only negative would be the 25.00 per night parking charge for self parking. Seems a bit pricey for the privilege of parking your car. It is a tourist area, but the next time I would look at other properties that do not or have a lower charge for self parking.”

“It’s a nice location & I’ve stayed the area before at the Courtyard though. There were a couple sub par services with this Residence Inn: The front desk asked for my business ID? I’m a platinum member and stayed at countless Marriotts last year and no one ever asked for that- I book through business access with my company all the time- I have a business cards but a business ID? It was odd and time consuming at check in as they were entering in information that they should already have off of my biz card. The shower floor was dirty and showed a pic and they blamed the red rock- the filth wasn’t red it was like no one bothered to scrub it. Then they never emailed my receipt and I had to call twice, tried multiple times as emails from their system weren’t coming through and the person on the phone was a bit impatient and rude. Had to suggest they send it through their front desk email and it finally worked. I travel here often for work & would consider a better location next time.”

“The location was on the outskirts of Sedona. My family of 4 traveled from Phoenix to Sedona. The facilities were fine if not very confusingly laid out. The pull out sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable, it was not sleepable. Unfortunately we had to move the mattress to the floor so my daughters could sleep. Which is unacceptable in my opinion. As I checked out I mentioned the pull out sofa was unacceptable and the person at the front desk stated, we have told them multiple times but no one has listened to us. ”

“We weren’t happy with our stay. Being a gold/platinum member I figure you would get treated better. The gentleman in front of me got an upgrade. However, when I asked for one the outcome and response was totally different. The lie was they were sold out. I went on the app and the two bedroom suites were available for booking. I understand an upgrade is not always possible but don’t lie in my face. ”
